Ayotlcalli Turtle Camp
Located in Playa Blanca Beach, this turtle camp promotes the conservation of the Sea Turtles that arrive to Zihuatanejo, the also offer information in schools, receive volunteering people from al around the world comming to learn about the Leatherback sea turtle, Green sea turtle and the Olive Ridley sea turtle which spawn on this beach.
Every night a group of volunteers patrols and protect the area to preserve this endangered species. The Ayotlcalli Turtle Camp works thanks to donatives from people, business and eventually invites people to release and learn more about the sea turtles.
